This slow sipper calls for fresh lemongrass infusion that you can easily make at home.
it is a wonderful summer refresher that perfectly pairs with a nice ocean breeze.

I love this lemongrass cocktail because I serve it in that two-part glass.
the first part is a stemless martini glass, the second is a bowl where I put crushed ice.
that way I get a slow sipper that is kept cool for a long period of time.

The texture of this cocktail is super fluffy due to a 2 part shake, the first is a dry shake to get that froth from the egg white and pineapple.
then a good old wet shake to chill and combine everything together.

Lemon Bowl

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 60ml / 2oz - Lemongrass infused gin
  • 45ml / 1.5oz - pineapple juice
  • 20ml / 3/4oz - lemon juice
  • 15ml / 0.5oz - simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. First, dry shake simple syrup, pineapple juice, and the egg white
  2. then add the remaining ingredients and ice - shake vigorously for 12-15sec
  3. double strain into a martini glass, and put on top of a bowl filled with crushed ice

Notes

Garnish: dehydrated citrus and rosemary.
